WHAT’S DIFFERENT IN 2022
The focus of all conference activities will begin on the conference floor on September 13 and 14. This year we offer 16,435 feet of conference space for our vendors and attendees. Attendees will be dismissed at 4 pm each day to interact with you and enjoy the hosted reception, participate in gathering “points” to qualify for the evening raffles, and provide for a focused time to enjoy the show. This will include a hosted reception and a Video Slot Machine raffle prize drawing for attendees each evening.
Each booth will be issued an electronic “Smarts Lead” retrieval device to scan participants’ QR codes to develop individual data for interested customers and for entry into the drawing. The raffles will be held each evening during the sponsored receptions (4 pm to 7 pm on September 13 and 14) and will require attendees stop by a minimum of five booths each day to be entered into the drawing, in addition to having to be present to win. Please notify us in advance what raffle prize(s) you’re contributing and have the item(s) and/or gift card(s) available at the show.
We are excited to have indoor exhibit space this year for displaying fire apparatus with a minimum purchase of a single booth plus any additional square footage at $2.50 per square foot. As an example, an apparatus requiring 20 feet by 30 feet would be an additional $1,500 for the two-day show.
Vendors will receive a complete participant list at the conclusion of the conference.
Tricord Tradeshow Services will provide all exhibitor services in the exhibit hall including booth equipment outside of what is provided as part of the rental fee, rental furnishings, electrical distribution, freight and material handling, labor, custom display rentals, and sign producing and hanging capabilities. Each vendor will be sent a complete exhibitor package.
